Both vacancies presented a clear challenge: sourcing technically qualified professionals with a blend of project leadership, moulding process knowledge and either fluent or native Dutch language capabilities.

In response to a narrow talent pool, we launched a targeted, bilingual search campaign focused on cultural alignment, technical depth and communication ability. For the Feasibility Engineer role, we identified a strong candidate with a proactive attitude and the willingness to become fluent in Dutch, while for the Senior Project Engineer, we secured a native Dutch speaker with extensive project management experience in manufacturing environments.
Throughout the process, we maintained close collaboration with HSV, providing regular updates, candidate insights, and feedback on market conditions.
