Beaulieu International Group (B.I.G.) and Listgrove have enjoyed a successful recruitment partnership for a number of key roles over the last 3 to 4 years.
B.I.G. employ their own well-established and experienced talent acquisition/ recruitment team who handle a large part of their in-house resourcing. Nevertheless, they seek external recruitment partners for some of their more specialist and ‘hard to fill’ vacancies – this is where Listgrove provides its long standing expertise.
One such role, was a Technical Sales Manager, to develop the expansion of their Australian market, and was looking to be based in either Sydney or Melbourne. With the role being required outside of their main European markets, there was complexity around time zone, network and cultural considerations, providing a different scope of recruitment challenges.
On top of this, the seniority of the position made it a particularly important recruit, with the need for careful consideration at every stage.
Listgrove’s team were delighted to support with the search and knew that a successful appointment in this role would be pivotal to Beaulieu’s growth strategy in the Oceanic region.

Beaulieu was open to a variety of profiles, with a range of backgrounds, whilst meeting the requirement for textiles knowledge.
