Customer Programme Specialist

Client Overview:
A leading global manufacturer of advanced injection molding equipment and integrated systems, specialising in high-performance solutions for packaging, closures, thin-wall containers, and medical applications. The company operates worldwide with a strong focus on precision engineering, automation, and sustainability, serving major players in the beverage and packaging industries.
Role Overview:
As a member of the Customer Success Management team, you will be responsible for managing remote machinery monitoring equipment and contracts from order intake to delivery as well as to achieve the key performance indicators of the product. In this role, you will be a key contact for customers to ensure customer satisfaction and contract renewal.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and lead the service contract to achieve the stated KPIs (availability, cycle time, energy consumption, quality, resin usage).
- Work with key cross-functional teams throughout the organisation with the goal of maintaining and renewing customer service contracts.
- Project manage all activities and services provided within the service contract, ensuring they are done on time, based on a predefined timetable, in an efficient way.
- Ensure all services are properly documented and properly scheduled.
- Manage customer expectations to ensure complete alignment with the agreed objectives and goals.
- Plan and schedule contract timelines and milestones using the appropriate tools.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, presentations, and other documentation, internally and to the customer.
- Focus should be in the involvement and awareness of the daily activities and issues related to the Contract. Key contact, both internally and customer.
- Ensure, with frequent contact, the customer is satisfied with the service they are receiving.
- Interpret data from the monitoring team and schedule required maintenance work with the service team.
Qualifications:
- Qualified with-in a mechanical or engineering principle.
- Ability to interpret data from monitoring systems and translate this into date for customers and service teams.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Strong negotiation, facilitation, conflict management skills and the ability to professionally interact with team members.
- Good knowledge of all MS Office applications.
- Logical thinking capabilities and continuous improvement attitude.
- Fluent in English and Turkish.
