Client Overview:

A key player in the High-Performance Polymer business, employing over 3,000 professionals worldwide. With sites across 16 countries their extensive global presence enables them to respond swiftly and efficiently to customer needs.

Role Overview:

We are looking for  highly motivated Key Account Manager to drive sales growth within the automotive segment. This role will be responsible for achieving sales targets through strategic planning and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will focus on increasing sales per customer by fostering strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and implementing tailored solutions to maximize revenue. Additionally, they will ensure an optimal contribution margin by leveraging market insights, pricing strategies, and negotiation expertise.

The Role:

• Plan and conduct customer visits, offering tailored solutions.
• Create sales offers and lead negotiations based upon a pricing set out by Product Managers.
• Report customer feedback, complaints, and competitor insights.
• Support marketing initiatives, product launches, and trade fairs.
• Maintain customer records and prepare reports/market analyses.
• Build relationships with relevant organizations and authorities.
• Achieve sales targets and manage budgets efficiently.
• Implement the automotive sales/marketing strategy.
• Contribute to sales strategy, pricing, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations.

The Candidate:

• Fluent in Polish, good level of English and German
• Situated Central to the South of Poland
• Experienced in selling polymers into automotive
• Proven ability to manage sales projects
• Strong communicator
