A global leader in food packaging is seeking an ambitious Sales & Commercial Manager to join its growing European operations. With a strong commitment to innovation, environmental responsibility, and international expansion, this business designs and develops packaging solutions that actively reduce environmental impact, while serving the agri-food and food service industries.

This is a key position offering influence, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.

The Role:

• Lead commercial development and drive sales strategy in the Belgian market.
• Manage key customer accounts, develop new partnerships and respond to tender opportunities.
• Represent the company at key industry events and engage with market specifiers
• Monitor market intelligence, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs.
• Promote and support the roll-out of innovative, eco-conscious packaging solutions.

Person Specification:

• Proven sales experience, ideally in food or packaging sectors.
• A practical, hands-on approach to business development and customer engagement.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills
• Fluency in English, Dutch, and ideally French.
• A proactive, field-focused mindset and sensitivity to CSR and sustainability values.
• The role is a homebased role – anywhere in Belgium
