About the Role:
- A fast-growing, international manufacturing group is seeking a high-energy, entrepreneurial Account Manager to support business development and manage key multinational clients across the Americas region. This is a dynamic opportunity for a commercially savvy individual with a technical mindset to join a global team and drive real impact.
- The ideal candidate will have a background in injection moulding and or the automotive sector, be confident working with international stakeholders, and enjoy combining strategy with hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Regional Growth: Identify and engage new business opportunities that align with the company’s manufacturing capabilities.
- Account Ownership: Develop and implement account strategies that align client objectives with internal business goals. Serve as the primary commercial contact and project lead.
- Sales Project Leadership: Represent the commercial voice in multidisciplinary project teams. Influence decisions in areas such as quality, engineering, and logistics.
- Quotations & Proposals: Analyze customer requests and collaborate with internal departments to develop tailored proposals.
- Customer Retention & Expansion: Deepen relationships with existing clients through proactive value delivery and strategic account development.
- Market & Data Insight: Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
- CRM Management: Track pipeline and activities using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Reporting: Maintain close communication with the European sales leader and coordinate operationally with the Mexico-based production site.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in B2B manufacturing, preferably in injection moulding and automotive sectors.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Skills: Strong commercial and strategic instincts; confident working with technical drawings; advanced Excel; CRM familiarity.
- Languages: Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Travel: Willing to travel regularly within North America and occasionally to Europe.
