Field Service Engineer Germany

Client Overview:

Supplying a complete range of packs, flexible filling machines and solutions for operating smarter factories.

Role Overview: 

To strengthen the Technical Service Team in Germany, we are looking for a Field Service Engineer, candidates will be a team player with hands-on-mentality. In this role you will provide an optimal service quality to ensure a high efficiency and reliability to machines.

Responsibilities: 

• Ensuring the efficiency, commissioning, configuration, maintenance and repair of filling machines and applicators is carried out to the highest standard.
• Technical support and consulting of customers.
• On customer sites provide support and consult on re-builds or additions to machines.
• Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
• Training of customer personnel in the use of machines and associated equipment
• Support of prototypes and special machines

Candidate Profile: 

• Qualified in engineering principles, electrical, mechatronics, mechanical
• Willingness to travel from 90-100%
• Experience with filling machines advantageous
• Place of work homebased- Bremen, Niedersachsen, Sachsen-Anhalt, Sachsen, Thuringia
• Fluent in German with a good level of English
