Importance and Aim of the Job:
- Supports SIG procurement controlling department in actual reporting, budgeting, planning and decision making processes by identifying, maintaining, and evaluating information and recommending actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly reporting of procurement (Direct & Indirect) and supply chain KPIs to business partners, group finance and management.
- Support Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting activities related to Direct procurement (A & B-Materials) & Indirect Procurement.
- Undertake variance analysis and prepare commentary for the management report.
- Design, develop and maintain forecast models and recurring and ad hoc reports for management to make data driven decisions.
- Project support: manage project-based financial analysis and modeling to support spending, profitability, pricing, and other projects.
- Decision support: evaluating supplier's offers, supporting supplier negotiations, providing transparency on other supply-chain costs.
- Responsible for IC (i.e. intercompany) allocation of costs, IC invoicing and final reconciliation.
- Provide competent guidance and advice as support partner to non-financial and financial business partners.
You Bring These Skills, Experience & Education:
- Bachelor in Business Administration or equivalent, with specialization in finance and/or a further education in the area of controlling or financial planning and analysis.
- 3-5 years' experience in controlling.
- Good IFRS and accounting knowledge.
- Strong skills in Excel (intermediate level minimum) and Power Point.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- CIMA / ACCA professional certification is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
