Key Responsibilities:
- Modul lead of new sustainable materials and structure projects (Feasibility, Qualification, Market introduction)
- Project lead of Basic Research projects
- Coordination of activities with our material suppliers, research institutes and universities
- Development of new methods to better predict material behavior in SIG system
- Investigation and modelling of converting process and package performance in correlation to material (board, polymer, aluminum) parameters and translate them into relevant specification for material, process and package
- Support trouble shooting and claim investigation
You Bring These Skills, Experience & Education:
- Academic degree (Master / Phd) in Physics or Material science.
- Preferable 3–5-year work experience in project work environment with subject of material development, ideal with paper/board and for packaging application
- Highly analytical skills needed
- Well organizational skills needed in agile project management environment
- Good communication skills needed within project teams and to project stakeholder
- Basic knowledge of German language
- Confident in speaking and writing in English language
