Key Responsibilities:
- Coaches and supervises team members; serves as a resource for complex problems solving for Material Planning related topics;
- Works together with the local Order Management Team, as well as with the plant functions, such as Dispatch, Production planning, and wider Supply Chain organization;
- Ensures documentation and supervision of periodical update of the working procedures for Material planning operations to enable continuous improvement; involved in setting-up new policies and procedures for the Material Planning specific operations deployed by the team;
- Ensures the necessary control environment and cooperates with internal & external auditors;
- Responsible for escalations within the Material Planning area of responsibility;
- Provides supervision, support and annual performance reviews to team members in accordance with the internal polices and framework; main contributor in the designing and monitoring of goals and performance measures/indicators;
- Supports and manages internal standardisation projects in relation to Material Planning practices and policies; oriented towards process and quality improvement;

Involved in the recruitment, orientation, training and development of team members.
You Bring These Skills, Experience & Education:
- 1-3 years' experience in leading teams
- Industry know-how
- Analytical thinking
- Working knowledge and use of office productivity tools & ERP systems (MS Office; SAP, Power BI, etc.)
- Customer oriented
- Competent user in both German & English (any other European language is a plus)
