Quality Manager with HSE responsibilities

Manufacturing of plastic containers for the beverage sector, supplied on a continuous 24/7 basis.

Plans, coordinates and drives Safety, Environmental, Quality, Food Safety and GMP programs, designed to ensure products are compliant with established quality standards, customer and corporate expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Be the prime customer contact for Safety, Environmental and Quality related issues.
• Co-ordinates problem solving and the implementation of corrective actions for customer complaints and concerns, regarding Quality or Environment.
• Educates workers engaged in inspection and testing activities, to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products.
• Develops and maintains systems, so that employees are trained according to company requirements and performances are assessed.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Demonstratable experience in a similar position, in manufacturing environment (ideally in food packaging).
• Good level of English language.
• FSSC/ISO 22000 knowledge recommended.
• Packaging experience is a plus.
