Your responsibilities:
• Acquisition of new customers in Germany and other similar.
• Building and approaching cooperation with clients and foreigners.
• Preparing calculations and tender offers, accepting and registering orders in the system, supervision over orders.
• Entering data into the system: creating new contractor files, indexes, patterns.
• Participation in fairs and production of promotional materials.
• Handling complaints (receiving and registering applications in the system).
• Ordering machine parts.
• Interpreting during visits by service technicians.
• Interpreting during training for operators in the field of machine operation and maintenance services.
• Report problems and causes directly to machine manufacturers.
• Translations of catalogues, leaflets and company letters.

Expectations:
• Education min. unbalanced
• Fluent knowledge of German or English
• At least 2 - 3 years of experience in working at the administrative level
• Practical use of sales techniques, configuration and customer service principles
• Gaining good and lasting relationships with customers
• Presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong motivation and passion in action
• Driving license. B
