- Communication with selected supplier about operational issues (e.g.delivery, volumes);
- Interface to category owners to align and improve supply process execution;
- Active communication with the internal customers to harmonize cross-functional alignment;
- Focusing on cost reduction initiatives considering TCO aspects (Safeguarding delivery times and quality demands;
- Support of category owners by driving compliances to the sourcing strategy: preferred suppliers program;
- Maintain master data (Info Records) for sourcing relevant issues in our ERP System;
- Responsible for source list and for process relevant data (info records, master data, etc.);
- Execute sourcing activities (claim coordination) within the relevant sites associated to Master Data;
- Support the implementation of a range of effective procurement tools and techniques (PO automation, etc..);
- Partner with AP, Suppliers and various internal teams to ensure timely resolution of vendor payment issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, English required
- Systems and software skills – SAP MM
- Experience in transactional procurement procedures (1-3 years);
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to understand and follow procurement procedures, adapting to new policies and changes.
- Ability to build networks at all levels.
