Regional Sales Manager - Spain

As a Leader in the production of innovative Industrial Stretch Films, with many patented products, the business has exceptional sales across multiple countries, throughout Europe, the Americas, Africa, Australia and the Middle East.

The role’s responsibility includes the effective management of the commercial activity, within the region, in order to drive sales volumes & revenue and achieve its profitability targets within each country.

Responsibilities:

• Implements all actions regarding sales generation, as well as continuous review and refinement of sales area.
• Responsible for the successful management and business development of distributors & key accounts, within the geographies & industries that the incumbent operates.
• Organises and implements marketing actions, in collaboration with the Digital Marketing, Branding & Communications Department.
• Prepares the required sales documentation on sales performance, to present to senior management team.

Candidate Profile:

• Demonstrable commercial experience.
• Experience selling packaging materials or products into the food, beverage, FMCG or chemical sectors, such as labels, pallets, containers, bottles, flexible films, cartons.
• Ability to build strong connections within your customers, which will enable a smooth introduction for the company and result in opportunities to offer material trials.
