Working within a company who are a world leader for the supply of breathable web sterile barrier packaging to; hospital sterilization centres, pouches & tubing manufacturers and medical device manufacturers with Industrial sites worldwide.
Your main responsibility working as the UK Sales Manager, will be to maximize growth within existing accounts as well as simultaneously developing new business. Working within MDM (Medical Device Manufacturers) and Cleanline® divisions.
Responsibilities:
- Development of sales and margins according to company objectives.
- Construction of area specific sales and marketing plans, strategies and tactics in-line with company overall strategy and targets.
- Creating and managing leads, effectively converting them into sales pipeline opportunities.
- Formulation of sales distribution and service channels.
- Assisting with new product and services market launches.
- Supporting product and service evolution with an innovative approach.
- Providing a technical sales approach and offering bespoke solutions, working any enquiry from start to finish.
Candidate Profile:
- Proactive, with a proven track record in sales and negotiation.
- Knowledge of the medical device manufacturing environment – ideally having a medical device or consumable background.
- Experience with a regulatory defined environment.
- Self-sufficient and hands-on.
- Familiarity with working with bespoke solutions would be advantageous, someone who is technically savvy and is a solution seller.
- Possess strong customer relationship management skills.
