Working within a team dedicated for sales within Northern Europe, you will provide exceptional levels of customer service on a day-to-day basis whilst simultaneously using product knowledge to increase sales revenue.

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain a positive atmosphere for all customers, especially when in contact over the phone or via email.
Handling and assisting order processing, from start to finish.
Responding to enquiries and dealing with all forms of customer communication, such as providing quotes.
Supporting the external regional sales managers through regular contact via effective communication, supporting customer accounts and organizing samples.
Create and assist with sales opportunities, scope for this role to manage your own customers.
Building a list of prospective customers for the regional sales managers to follow up on, potential for this individual to have more involvement in this process, if the interest is there.

Candidate Profile:

Good commercial knowledge and a passion for sales and/or customer service.
Possesses a high level of accuracy and willing to investigate and solve problems.
Excellent communicator and confident in your approach.
Someone who is curious, hands-on and adaptable, who would like to learn and enhance their current skillset.
Excellent customer service skills and is customer orientated.
A real team player who isn’t afraid to ask questions.
Holds a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
