Listgrove have been retained by an existing client, who are part of an international group of companies dedicated to the design, manufacturing and distribution of high-quality technical fixings.
Working across multiple sectors with a key focus within automotive, you will be responsible for developing business, maintaining an existing customer base and working closely with application engineers to ensure products remain innovative.
Responsibilities:
- Business development, with a hunting mentality your sole objective is to win business within a relatively new market and drive the company’s presence.
- Account management, building customer relations on and off the field, managing an existing network of customers already obtained.
- Negotiate and prepare proposals to new and existing customers with an aim to add value in all areas of sales.
- Collaboration and liaison with internal teams and sister companies specifically within logistics, technical, marketing and sales.
- Working alongside application engineers when needed to increase selling potential in relation to technical developments and volume of sales.
Candidate Profile:
- Technical expertise, someone with a background within engineering or has relevant qualifications.
- Organized, detail orientated and self-sustainable.
- Previous experience working in new markets is very desirable.
- Passionate for selling with a real drive, someone who is curious and has a friendly demeanor.
- Industrial product technical experience would be advantageous.
- Fluent in German and English.
