Sales Manager Germany

Listgrove is working on behalf of Eurotec® who manufacture engineered polymer raw materials; Industries of interest include: automotive, electrical and electronic, home appliances and medical.

As a result of recent growth Eurotec® are expanding into new territories, their goal is to develop and enhance their existing customer base within Germany. Your responsibility will be to locate new business and ensure customers are kept up to date throughout all stages of the sales process.

Responsibilities:

• Market research and reconnaissance - business development and product innovation.
• Account management, building and sustaining customer relationships.
• Identifying and implementation of promotional and marketing activities – increasing brand awareness.
• Supporting the technical and commercial marketing of products developed by customers.
• Remaining pro-active, attending relevant trade shows and exhibitions.

Candidate Profile:

• Degree educated within polymers, chemistry or mechanical engineering.
• Proven track record within sales specifically in the plastic industry.
• Has previous experience working within the automotive sector, experience with OEMs, Tier 1 and 2 customers.
• Has a proactive attitude and enjoys solving problems.
• Fluent in both German and English.
