Senior Business Development -Graphic Films

A globally leading cast vinyl manufacturing company, in the business of creating innovative material for visual expression. The business manufactures high-quality pressure-sensitive materials, for the fleet, architectural, digital imaging and signage markets.

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be part of the EMEA sales team and will primarily work to increase market share and sales in the territory assigned.

Main responsibilities will be to develop business, with both existing and new customers, introduce new products, manage distribution channels and achieve sales objectives, whilst growing market share. 

Responsibilities:

• Exceed Annual Sales and GM budgets.
• Distribution training and management.
• Drive sales, product, and service strategy, within your region.
• Set regional distributor and end user account objectives/goals and identify resources and timelines to achieve objectives.
• Build relationships with end user accounts, to create distributor pull through.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline is an advantage.
• Knowledge of technical coatings, laminating processes or PVC Films.
• Previous industry experience of 5 years in the graphics signage industry (viscom) selling digital print media via direct and/or distribution channels, with an up to date understanding of the markets, product specifications, techniques, and modern printing methods such as, solvent, eco-solvent, latex and UV, is required.
• Sales education including consultative/solutions selling preferred.
• Must embody the businesses core values of teamwork, excellence, accountability, integrity, and inspiration daily.
