Jason joined Listgrove in 1986 and is responsible for all investment projects along with the strategic management of all commercial functions for both new and existing clients.
Having joined Listgrove in 1990, Ryan brings more than 27 years' experience to the business and is proactive in all aspects of International Recruitment across Executive, Management, Specialist Engineers and Scientists. He possesses a strong business and leadership record as Managing Director and has a deep understanding of the differing cultures and recruitment legislations that occur across the globe.
He has completed assignments in Europe, Asia, the Americas, Africa and the Middle East.
Andy has 20 years' experience recruiting across a broad spectrum of roles including; senior technical positions, engineering specialists, project management and general management positions, with a focus on the following sectors: Automotive, Medical Device, Injection Moulding and Plastics Processing. Andy is one of Listgrove's specialists in undertaking multiple recruitment projects across all functions.
He has completed assignments across Europe, the Middle East, USA and Australia.
Jane is a Degree educated, MCIPD Qualified HR Manager with 28 years' experience in a manufacturing environment. Executive search specialist and skilled practitioner in Psychometric and Competency based interviewing, Jane has been recruiting Executive and HR roles at Listgrove for 10 years.

Conrad is an Executive Search specialist with 20 years' experience in appointing at board and senior management level within the plastics and packaging sectors. Degree educated in Organisational Psychology and Business Management, he is also a skilled practitioner in high level Psychometric testing and Competency based interviewing.
Linda, a Swedish national, holds a Master's Degree in Psychology and a Bachelor's Degree in HR Management. She has 15 years international recruitment experience and HR expertise in designing assessment centres, outplacement programmes and executive coaching.

Birgit is a German national with international experience. She has been working for over 12 years in customer focused roles and has recruited commercial, technical and engineering specialists across the DACH region, Czech Republic and the USA within the plastics and packaging sectors.
Ellie is CIPD and degree qualified, an experienced Business Manager who has been working in customer focused roles for in excess of ten years. Ellie has completed recruitment exercises across the globe, managing a broad spectrum of projects across a wide variety of industries, including Automotive, Medical Device, Packaging, Chemicals, Polymers/Rubber (materials and conversion), Food and Paper/Board.
Jason has operated in a commercial role for in excess of 11 years and is excellent in all aspects of customer care, business development and project management. His thorough approach to every exercise ensures that the client's needs are clearly understood and adhered to throughout the recruitment process. Whilst he supports a wide range of recruitment activity, he is most familiar with engineering, scientific and commercial briefs.
Lorena is a Colombian national with international experience. She holds an MBA Degree from Coventry University in the UK and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering. She has more than 5 years' of work experience in Business Development and Sales within both the Construction and Technology industries.
Carmelo, a Spanish national originally from the Canary Islands. Carmelo holds an MBA in Human Resources and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology. Fluent in English and Spanish, he has several years' recruitment experience for European based roles.
Lexie is a Chinese national with recruitment and HR experience, which she gained working for private and public sector organisations in Beijing. She graduated with an engineering bachelor degree from Capital Normal University (Beijing) and completed a Master degree in Human Resource Management with CIPD status at University of Birmingham in the UK. Lexie is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
Stefanie is a Belgian national with Marketing and HR experience. She graduated with an Advanced Business Management bachelor degree from KHLeuven (Belgium) and holds a Master degree in Event Management from Coventry University (UK). Stefanie is fluent in Dutch and English.
Airelle, a French national, leads the marketing team at Listgrove. She has been managing all aspects of Listgrove's marketing initiatives for the past 7 years, and provides support to consultants across a range of topics including market research, surveys and promotional activities.
Airelle holds a Master's Degree in International Business. She is fluent in French, English and German.
Roxy, originally from Ukraine, joined Listgrove in 2016 and has quickly established herself as a valued member of the marketing department, bringing fresh ideas and skills to the team.
She is degree educated and has over 5 years' experience in the Marketing field. Roxy's affinity for the design element has enabled her to assist Listgrove with its rebranding, as well as a number of other creative projects. She is fluent in Ukrainian.
Rachel has been a member of the Marketing team since she joined Listgrove in 2011 and is supporting the day-to-day marketing activities including candidate promotion, vacancy research and preparation of exhibition material.
Phillippa leads our candidate support services and resourcing team. She is a very experienced candidate resourcer who works with Clients and Candidates on a Global basis. Commercially astute, she has proven success in providing solutions against challenging recruitment briefs.
Following on from the new GDPR regulations, Phillippa has been appointed as our Data Compliance Officer.
Charlotte is an experienced office co-ordinator providing full administration support to the Clients, Candidates and the Listgrove team.
Cathy joined the administration team at Listgrove from a local office where she fulfilled the Sales Ledger function. Prior to this, she was working in the financial team across different sectors.
Pierina, an Italian National, is supporting the marketing team by further developing the candidate talent management channels across the globe. Pierina, originally from Sardinia, moved to the UK 25 years ago. She offers 18 years' experience in Customer Services and Financial Management and is fluent in Italian, English, French and Spanish.
