Occupying the role of Global Sales Director, Ryan is a highly experienced international recruitment professional with over three decades working in the plastics, packaging, chemicals, petrochemical, recycling, and renewables markets. Ryan heads up Listgrove’s commercial strategy and is responsible for the growth and development of the business. Offering a deep appreciation of many cultures and their legislation, his role includes partnering with our clients to meet their global recruitment needs and introducing Listgrove’s expertise and specialisms to new and prospective clients. Ryan has worked on projects in Europe, the Americas, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.

Airelle CharraDirector of Marketing
Airelle, a French national, leads the marketing team at Listgrove. She is responsible for the company's marketing and communications strategies, as well as Listgrove’s branding and image. Airelle ensures that the business is always presented as a best-in-class supplier. She holds a Master's Degree in International Business. Previously working in the HR Department at Daimler and Yves Rocher in Germany, she is fluent in French, English and German.
Andy ZaninGlobal Operations Director
For over two decades, Andy has successfully completed the recruitment of a broad spectrum of briefs across the manufacturing, engineering, technical, operations, commercial and quality disciplines. During his time with Listgrove, he has assisted clients in the Americas, Europe Middle East, Far East & Australasia. With specific focus towards the automotive, polymer materials, medical sectors and general component manufacturing in many of the moulding processes. Andy has a thorough understanding of all plastics processing techniques, which enables him to fully evaluate candidates and their abilities.
