The Role:
· A world-renowned manufacturing company is seeking an experienced ADP Implementation Specialist to support the successful implementation, configuration and optimisation of ADP payroll solutions across multiple European countries.
· This is a key project-focused role, working closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT and external implementation partners to ensure payroll processes are standardised, compliant and delivered on time.
· The successful candidate will bring strong ADP implementation expertise together with a detailed understanding of European payroll legislation and country-specific requirements.
Responsibilities:
· Support the implementation of ADP payroll solutions across multiple European countries.
· Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across HR, Payroll and Finance.
· Configure ADP payroll systems to meet business and legislative requirements.
· Coordinate payroll data migration, validation and testing activities.
· Manage payroll parallel runs and support successful go-live activities.
· Ensure compliance with country-specific payroll legislation, tax and statutory requirements.
· Work closely with internal project teams and external ADP consultants throughout the implementation lifecycle.
· Identify opportunities to standardise payroll processes while accommodating local legislative requirements.
· Troubleshoot implementation issues and provide practical solutions.
· Produce process documentation, user guides and training materials.
· Deliver training to payroll teams and key stakeholders where required.
· Support post-implementation optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
The Candidate:
· Proven experience implementing ADP Payroll solutions.
· Strong knowledge of European payroll processes across multiple countries.
· Experience delivering payroll implementation or transformation projects.
· Good understanding of payroll legislation, taxation and statutory compliance within Europe.
· Experience with payroll testing, parallel runs and system validation.
· Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across international teams.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Strong project planning and organisational skills.
· Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages would be advantageous.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
